Started in May 1999, Netac Technology (Stock Code at Shenzhen Exchange: 300042) is a leading flash memory manufacturer based in Shenzhen. Through more than ten years' growth, Netac was successfully listed in Growth Enterprise Market in January 2010, becoming the first listed removable storage supplier in China. Netac is the trademark used for our USB flash memory products. Netac as a patent holder:

Feb 2006      Netac sued PNY for patent infringement in United States District Court for the East District of Texas.This case was regarded as the first time Chinese company filed patent infringement charges overseas. Finally Netac authorized its patent to PNY in February 2008.

July  2006   Netac authorized its patent to Kingston in the US.

Dec  2007   Netac authorized its patent to TOSHIBA in Japan.

Dec  2007   Netac authorized its patent to PHISON in Taiwan.

July  2012   Netac authorized its patent to A-Data in Taiwan.

Dec  2013   Netac reached an accommodation with Disney in the US.

July  2014  Netac reached an accommodation with NBA.
